Shipping

We ship items through Australia Post. Postage fees are automatically calculated at checkout. We will post your order within 24 hours of processing the order, except orders received between 2pm Friday and 12pm Sunday AEST, which will be posted the following Monday. Please allow up to 10 days for packages posted within Australia. LROFC Inc cannot be held responsible for postal delays once an order has been sent; visit www.auspost.com.au for further information regarding freight times and parcel tracking.

The AOC is committed to minimising waste and reducing its environmental footprint. We are moving towards 100% recycled or recyclable packaging, and encourage you to reuse or recycle the packaging we use for your goods.

Shipping outside Australia

Orders through our online shop can currently only be processed from Australian customers. If you live outside of Australia, please email your order to us and if we can ship to your country, we will send a shipping quote and payment details.

We will dispatch your purchase as soon as your order has been processed, and we hope your parcel will arrive in a timely manner. Please be aware, however, that international postage times will vary and are outside our control. Visit www.auspost.com.au for further information regarding freight times and parcel tracking. LROFC Inc cannot be held responsible for postal delays once an order has been sent, and cannot control or be held responsible for any import fees or charges when goods enter your country.

Collection

If you have chosen Pickup from the AOC as your shipping option, your order will be ready after 11am the next day (excluding Sundays). Opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Summer opening hours (from 1 November to 28 February, or as advertised on our web site) are 9am to 1pm Monday to Saturday. Please bring a copy of your order, either digital or hard copy, as proof of purchase.


Returns

Our Returns Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, with all postage costs for returns to be paid by the purchaser. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it in, and be in the original packaging.  You must enclose your receipt or proof of purchase, and a note explaining the reason for the return. Please note: change of mind isn’t a valid reason for returning item/s. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you are shipping a returned item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your returned item/s has been received by us, as long as we are satisfied with its condition and the reason for the return, your refund will be processed.
