Work is underway to build a groundbreaking two-storey, energy-efficient underground building for the AOC, designed by celebrated Australian architects Glenn Murcutt and Wendy Lewin. This 21st century architectural icon will be a world-class tourism attraction and nationally-significant facility. The Australian Opal Centre is Australia’s most exciting community development project.
